pb&j

one of my {more specific} goals in life is to get my children to like pb&j.

'cause hello, easiest lunch ever.

i for one [hate] pb&j, so it's more of a do as i say, not as i do sorta thing....

turns out, all we had to do is replace the j for h [honey] & bust out the cookie cutters.

teddy shaped pb&h's all around!

this pleases me.

  2. My kids go back and forth between j and h, but luckily they like sandwiches or else they would surely starve. Sooooo glad you found a hit!

  3. This cracked me up! My kids just recently gave into the nut&honey or pb&j...
it always drove me nutz that they weren't easy to please around lunch. it was always pasta, pasta, pasta. But I have 3 out of 4 working the easy peasy lunch choice...perfect for their sack lunch. cheap too! it was going to cost me $200/month for my kids to order school lunch.

    *love the bear cut-out :)

  5. We love pb&h around here, so Yay!

Your last line reminded me of the book The Princess & the Potty. Have you heard of it? It's one of our faves.

  7. It still astounds me that you grew up in my house and never learned to love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Kind of blasphemy-ish.
