2 thumbs up.

i'm all about it.
mcdreamy meets fairytale...my kinda movie.

i went to enchanted with clodhopper today.
it was delightfully cute & fun & silly.

i left the movie:

*with a smile on my face & believing {even more} in fairytales

*loving all things disney & their happy ability of making an entertaining flick without PG-13-ish content

*appreciating the fact that i brought a girlfriend, as i know myron {probably} would have mocked it the entire time.

*coveting giselle's amazing thick red hair. {and in turn, realizing that life's just not fair.}

and

*wishing that i could open the window, sing "a-ha-ha" and have birds/mice/bunnies clean my entire house top to bottom while i danced around in a pretty dress...that i made from curtains.

best five bucks i've spent all week.
{happy weekend}

yah for enchanted. love that you loved it. i can't believe you only spent 5 bucks. living in vegas is such a rip. i spent 9 something. did your heart skip a beat? mine did. i just felt all magical inside. and so want to be giselle in the park. life should really be about that. one big glorious sing-a-long..awa-oh!

'its not enough to take the one you love for granted..." you must remind her or she'll be inclined to say...."how do i know?"

'everybody loves to live happlliy ever after.'

'well doe he take you out dancing just so he can hold you close?'

'whhhhaa-oohhh!'

'dedicate a song with words made just for you...oooo-ooohhhh!'

in unison....

that's how you know, that's how you know, he's your love'

he's your love...

ps. now i go and sing my happy working song....

I totally told your mom to go see this yesterday! My mom dragged me to it kicking and screaming for her birthday (I know, I'm such a good daughter) and I actually really liked it. Biggest surprise of 2007 for me, I think.

Glad you liked it too! :)

Can't wait to take my 3 amigos to see that. Or shall i say my 2 as my 3rd saw it already!

Ok,hey Angie, can I please ask you a question?

I am trying to accomplish so many things this new year. And so on that note, how in the World do you tie, hot glue, nail, staple etc. ribbon to hang frames on?{I noticed them on your walls by your Christmas tree photos!}

I never recall learning anything about this at SBE or otherwise.

tried with staples and they were very hard to get into the back of the frame as it is like particle board or somthing else, and it fell apart. Boo Hoo!

So any advice on this subject, would be great appreciated by little old spiked haired me!

P.s. When I get to see this movie, I will share my little comments then. Okie Dokie

Perhaps Myron wouldn't have mocked it...perhaps he would have done like Philip did, and for the next 72 hours sing, "How does she know that you love her"...all Jamacian like, really enthusiastically, which indeed is mocking it after all. Husbands are the best. But I agree with you, I thought it was darling.

Wow I didn't realize how much I've been slacking! I had a lot of posts to catch up on. 1. Yay that you know Barney songs. That's awesome 2. Enchanted is indeed a very cute movie. I saw it with my cousins & they mocked it. 3. That's exciting that you know Chantal Kreviazuk music. I don't know how to pronounce her last name but I have her CD!

I too LOVED this movie. And I am totally going to rat out my Husband and say he LOVED it too...and he is totally manly. He was caught a few times starting to sing..."I've been dreaming..." LOL! We all have. Looks like you had a wonderful holiday season! I love reading up on your blog!

I can't wait to see this. It will probably be on DVD by the time I get to the movies. That is one of the funnest, yet hardest things for me to do. How fun for mom time!!

Oh Angie,
I just have to say that I really enjoy visiting your blog. You are always so positive and can find the beauty and fun in everything. I love the post from new years and how excited you are for 2008. I feel good about this year too. I really enjoyed the quote from President Hinckley. I want to really stick to that motto this year and reading your post makes me want to do better. Thanks for always being your positive self in your posts. Oh, and I loved Enchanted too. My husband (as yours would have done) mocked the movie the whole time. :)

So I love that you blogged Enchanted! Seen it uh... thrice. (Hand over mouth OMG!) I will see it again too, just you wait. First scene with the curtains cut out and the cute new dress....chorttle, but the Showstopper, park, get down was a fave, no question. Let's go again as blog friends? yawanna? Peg
