Myron is very blessed (as am I) to have a wonderful wife who irons shirts!

PS. For some strange reason, I really like the shirt photo. Perhaps it is the bright colors. Perhaps it is my late night, sleep deprived delusions (it is 1am here in Cincinnati!)

angie in pink! that is hilarious, because i read the comment mark dixon wrote and i too love that photo. the colors did it for me.

i love that you will make it a project/day of it! i want to know what dvd's you will watch. you HAVE to watch amazing grace. it is so great. have you seen it yet? let me know! i hate to iron, and get so hot and steamy from it. i can't stand to do it. i think its because our iron stays in our walk in closet. and its suffocating in there. maybe if i broke it out in the family room, in front of the tv, that is a whole different experience.

You are a wonderful wife to iron all of his shirts.
Good luck and happy watching!

I'm so glad there are still some women in the world who actually, like honest-to-goodness, IRON. We don't even own an iron! We just hang up & spray clothes after 10 minutes in the dryer. I'm sure Myron always looks prim (is that the word?) & proper!

Chris would be jealous of Myron's many shirts. If only Chris were allowed to wear plaid/stripes to work! Interpreters + any sort of print on clothing = NO NO NO! Happy ironing! You're a wonderful lil' wife!

good luck with all that ironing! You are such a sweet wife! and I love the new curtains!

wow, can you use that photo for simplicity? Looks like good colors to use. YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!

My husband is so blessed with many shirts also, the only problem is, he seems to only have 1/4 of the closet. I might add, I have the other 3/4 it!

I know some have their own closets also as that must be a luxury. I love sharing.

Happy Ironing. Note: my aunt ironed her bed sheets!
Those were the days.

That, my friend, is a LOT of shirts!! If Bryan read this post he would say...hmmm why doesn't my wife iron MY work shirts like Angie irons Myrons? And to that I would say...CUZ ANGIE IS DA BOMB DIGGITY!

what a good wife you are-i sorta used to iron shirts in the old days, before my husband took pity on me and took them to the cleaners---lots of starch! (the old days when the budget was super tight!!) i agree with sandalloons 40-when are we going to see that in simplicity?

50 shirts!!! I think that YOU deserve to go buy a shirt for yourself, for every shirt of his that you iron:) Good deal, I think!

I TOO love Myron's COLORFUL wardrobe!

You are amazing!! That is one thing I never do! David does all the ironing (by his own choice)and does a fabulous job!! (And when I say all the ironing...that means mine and the kids clothes too!!)

If the cleaners doesn't do it...Cody has to do it at our house. I hate it so much I make the cleaners deliver it to us! One time...yes...ONE time I ironed all his millions of shirts and made it a movie day. I vowed after that day to not touch an iron anymore. I have touched it...just not to do that many at one sitting. You trully win the best wife award!!

We should organize an ironing party! What movies do you want to watch???

Wow. Sorry I hadn't visited in awhile. I just pretty much read every blog I had missed. I am jealous you got to go walking in the rain. I, myself, was stuck at work.
Ugh!
Those are the days that I wish MORE than ever I had married rich. Lol! So I could be a stay-at-home mommy! :0)

So, you feelin' the dress? I'll have to find a pic to send you. Also, do ya think the boys' outfits I'm planning sound studly, or should I scratch that?!

i feel your pain. my version of hell is wrinkled shirts.

That's quite a lot of shirts. But isn't it just awesome when it's all done & you have beautifully flat shirts to look at all hung up nicely?

Angie, I love your blog! I sure do miss having you in our ward! You are so talented and even have time to iron your hubbies shirts. Chloe is beautiful, but then again she was a beautiful baby! Love and miss you! Kayola Skinner p.s. When I was little I got a nickle a shirt when I ironed for my mom, just wondering has the price gone up?

honestly . . . whose ironing "pile" is that cute. i'd probably just leave it there for decoration! nevertheless, i've been inspired by your challenge and i also vow to see the bottom of my ironing pile very soon. thanks.

Sorry,....but Peg here and I only see cute fabric for a great quilt all about Myron. If ever the ironing pile gets beyond your ability to catch us, promise you wont toss them, cause a great shirt= basis for a cool quilt that I saw. Quilting on my mind - Sorry to all. Plus what a cute girl your sister Holly is. Love her!

Hi Angie. My name is Dari, my friend Chad recently moved to Arizona and his mom happens to be the lovely Miss Scrapbooking Spafford. I saw your blog through them and I love your kits!! I was wondering if there is any way you would let me buy one from you when you do them?? Chad said he would be willing to get them from you and mail them to me here in Utah.

If this is a huge imposition, just tell me NO and I will leave you be :) But if this is possible I would be so very excited!!! Feel free to comment back or email me at darilperry@gmail.com.

Thanks!! You and your family are adorable! <3

I figure I already did my time all my days working at the cleaners growing up. 5 years of marriage and I don't even own an ironing board! Way to be an amazing wife and a good example to Chloe! I try to get my girls to do all my work for me, I figure the sooner they do it the sooner I don't!
