my mid-morning snack



handful of spinach
2 sliced strawberries
handful of chopped almonds
*bust on some flax seed for good measure

w/ a few teenie sprinkles of this dressing:
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of poppy seeds
1 tablespoon of worchestershire sauce
1-2 tablespoons chopped red onion {unless you live with myron dunn}
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinager

summery & satisfying.

Looks yummy! I have a salad that would be up your alley. Matt doesn't like it because he says, "Fruit doesn't belong on salad." It's pretty similar, but has apples, craisins, sugared almonds and yummy strawberry dressing.
