four more:

i'm getting {beyond bored} with this series of facts about me, so i'm gonna wrap it up today.

number four:

exact change is pretty much my best friend. i rarely pay in cash, but if i do, i try to put out the EXACT change, down to the blessed penny. there are very few things i love more than an even transaction. BUT none of this “okay, i’ll give you a nickel so you can give me a quarter back bi-nus.” if i don’t have ALL of the change, there’s no point. i’d rather break a twenty so i can have better change opportunities next time. plus, if the cashier isn’t good at mental math, that can be VERY confusing & more trouble than it’s worth. {and i speak from personal experience.}

number five:

lisa loeb will forever be my favorite singer. i love her music, her voice, her style, her awesome glasses, and her amazingly random lyrics. i owned every one of her albums up until our car got broken into last fall & they, along with my beloved dr. phil cds, are tragically gone forever. {single tear} lucky for me, i know every one of her delightful tunes by heart & can sing every album from start to finish. {yes, i'm a freak.} someday i plan to be a hot, guitar playing girlfrien' like her.

number six:

i have a crazy obsession with all things being organized, categorized, and put in a labeled box. to the point that I will store boxes inside of boxes. myron refers to this as my “box inside of a box theory.” to me, the container store = nirvana. i often get accused of hiding things because i like things to be put away in a place {preferably a container of some sort}-not on the counter or anywhere visible. i am the opposite of a pack rat. if i haven’t used it in six months, peace out! i’m very ocd when it comes to cleaning & organizing, but i struggle with the daily maintenance cleaning that is SO needed. hence my house sadly being very messy 24/7.

and finally, number seven:

i am a very deep sleeper. i can sleep anywhere, anytime…during church, you name it. i love to sleep, maybe a little too much. some people are jealous of my deep sleeping skills/abilities…to which I reply: with the blessing, comes many other annoying/humiliating factors, such as: i also talk in my sleep almost every night. i walk in my sleep. i call people in my sleep. i answer the door/phone in my sleep. i have full fledged convos in my sleep. and afterwards, don’t remember ANYTHING. so far i haven’t done anything dangerous, just really embarrassing things. myron thinks it’s really funny to put random stuff in my hands and take pictures ‘cause he knows i won’t wake up. {refer to featured picture} thanks honey.

welp, that’s about it. i think y’all {slash the world, ‘cause this is the internet} might know me just a little too well.

LOL...rifle...in your hand...LOL! I almost died laughing at the picture, and to Myron, a big FAT thanks for that. Oh gosh, probably the funniest picture I've seen since Chloe eating it in the grass while walking the dog. Anyways, will you come organize my house? Thanks, you're a gem.

i want to be angieinpink. i love that you love to be organized and containerized. and the exact change. i laughed about that. i really laughed at the picture with the gun. that is hilarious. you look all wimpy in your covers, then that gun.

once my husband fell asleep on the couch, and his hand was out stretched like yours, and carter thought maybe he wanted a cracker. he put one in his hand. i laughed because yah-your so out of it, and then the things people do. we make up songs, and dance a jig around them at night, and laugh so hard. tell myron to do that.

cute cute post.

I can also attest to Ang the deep sleeper. Remember sleepovers when I would always wake up at the crack of dawn (due to being raised by Bishop's) and I would try to wake you up. After failing miserably I would rub ice on your feet. You would wake up enough to tell me to quit, and then go back to sleep. Yay for funny random memories!

Ummm remember when you thought the computer was on top of Chloe when she was a wee babe? K so since we're moving next week...I think that you should come help me organize when we are all moved in. I am seriously the opposite of organized. I LOVE the whole box/basket/container theory...however I suck at it! I just end up junking the whole box up with random crap and then I can't find anything I put in it. Hmmm...ya I definitely need your help!

I wonder where you got those Monk-ish traits? (Could it be from me?) I have an organized heart but my hands don't always obey. Hm. I think you can also blame the sleep genes partially on me. I didn't even know Mark re-wired the house at 5 a.m. yesterday!

It's great to know you even better now Angie. Can you imagine waking up as Myron was bringing that gun in there to take a picture, being all sneaky & quiet? Oh my gosh I would have had a heart attack. I think I've watched way too much dateline lately.

Once we painted my dad's toenails when he was sleeping. It was fun!

I'm such an idiot. Sorry...my 'net isn't cooperating with me right now. I guess I pushed the "publish your comment" repetitively. Forgive me & my impatience!

no worries amber, it just makes me look more popular! ha, totally kidding! if you want to look at liz nielson's blog two days ago, i did the same exact thing! sometimes the "publish your comment button" is a little too sensitive! and btw...you are way too kind to me. if you saw my messy messy house right now, i guarantee you would not want to be me at all.

Angie- I love your blog...it is like a book and I can't wait to read the next "chapter" each day!I totally understand the whole container theory...seriously if I won a shopping spree to the container store I would be more happy than if I won a clothes shopping spree!!! I could spend all our money on containers that people will never see becasue they are behind closet and cupboard doors and then have nothing cute on our walls that people do see!! Finding that balance is a problem! And I totally understand the day to day matinence issues!! Things that make you go hmmmmm. BTW- props to Myron for the Redneck Ange sleeps with a gun pic! That's classic!

(Adding to Shalae's comment: My dad never knew until he looked down a while later!)

I love being organized, which I am nothing like you!! But, I love when it looks cute! It just makes me excited. So thanks for the motivation! I love rub ons for lots of things. You are WAY good.

The gun... for reals? That could've made a really bad story.
You & Alisse could never live together with your sleeping.

CUTE POST!!! Of course.
